Shipping & Returns

Production:

Production time takes two to three weeks.

Shipping

Shipping within United States using Fedex or UPS overnight or up to three days depending on client’s needs. Additional charge will acure.

For International shipping customer will be responsible for additional (besides shipping cost) import tax depending on which country is ship to.

Returns

Custom made jewelry can be fixed or revised per clients request but can not be returned. Stock pieces can be returned within 3 days.

Repairs

Da’Laura Jewels will be responsible for the repairs that happen because of manufacturing fault for three months. We won’t be responsible for repairs for improper wear damages.

Cancellation

Custom made orders can be cancelled within 3 days.
